YOUR ULTIMATE GUIDE TO PITCHDOX 2025
PitchDox 2025 is officially SOLD OUT! Thank you to everyone who registered, and we’ll see you from 4-5:30pm ET on Saturday, October 18th at the Kan-Kan Cinema.
PitchDox, the documentary film competition exclusively for Indiana filmmakers, has invited Hoosiers to submit their unfinished documentary projects (at any stage, from concept to post-production) for a chance to win a $10,000 financial award to support the production of their film. At the Main Event, the five PitchDox Finalists will present live pitches for their films. Then, our jury will cast their votes to decide who walks away with the $10,000 Grand Prize.
But that’s not all! In addition to the Grand Prize, we’ll be giving out an Audience Choice award, and that’s where you come in. By attending the Main Event, you get the chance to vote for your favorite pitch. Voting will be held exclusively in person this year, so be sure to come and show your support.
If you have an extra ticket or are unable to use a ticket you reserved, please reach out to us so that we can reassign your seat. The best way to support these incredible filmmakers is to make sure the theater is packed for their pitches!

Apart from distributing more than $15,000 in prize money annually at PitchDox, we support the Hoosier documentary filmmaking community through licensing fees on our streaming platform, hoodox.tv, and events throughout the year.
